I have bipolar disorder. Initially, I was diagnosed with schizophrenia because I often hallucinate both by hearing and visually. But then, I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, and I also have an anxiety disorder.

And through this YouTube channel and blog, I want to share my five years of experience in medical care. Hopefully, I can share experiences, and maybe tips with the contents of this video.

But I have to remind you again, bipolar disorder means having a drastic emotional graph. So if you see my video being "weird", you can skip it, or perhaps learn from it.
